Natural wood offers a traditional look and can be stained in different tones. It usually needs periodic cleaning and refinishing.

We build decks, porches, and additions; remodel homes; and complete exterior work such as fences, patios, siding, roofing, windows, and doors.

How do I get an estimate?

Call or text us with a short description and a few photos. We’ll ask questions, discuss the next step, and arrange a visit when the project needs an in-person look.

Is wood or composite decking better?

Neither is best for every homeowner. Wood offers a natural look. Composite generally needs less routine maintenance. We’ll compare cost, appearance, sun exposure, and upkeep for your space.

Will my project need a permit?

Many structural projects do, but requirements depend on the work and city or county. We’ll discuss the expected permit process for your project.

Can we live in the house during a remodel?

Often, yes. It depends on the rooms affected and project scope. We’ll discuss access, dust control, working hours, utilities, and what areas may be temporarily unavailable.

Do you work outside the cities listed above?

Possibly. Our primary service area is Northern Virginia, but availability depends on location and project. Call or text us to check.
